Every participant must also submit a Composite Final Report (CFR) recommending few major steps to be initiated in their department for better delivery of projects/ programs. It should be accepted by top management of their company.

This report must be submitted by all participants. CFR covers the major learnings of participants throughout the entire program. It also recommends a Plan of Action (PoA) to their management to improve the way projects are managed in their companies.

Leadership Demonstration

Implement the changes of the accepted recommendations within a given time frame by aligning stakeholders including team members and higher management.

Over the last 7 years, we have found significant advantages accrued to companies by implementing recommendations given by the participants of the I/EDPM program.
