Step 1 Knowledge Acquisition

A pretest is held at the beginning of the modules to assess the current depth of knowledge of each participant by administering a brief pretest known as Project Management Knowledge Quotient (PMKQ) in Module 1 and Risk Management Knowledge Quotient (RMKQ) in Module 3.

Ensuring the best faculty having wide industry and training experience to provide comprehensive inputs covering the entire gamut of project/program management.

Holding certification exams-CIPM and CrtPRM. On average, we have found that improvement is 2.7 to 2.9 times from the initial pretest.


Step 2 Competency Development (Application at work place)

After every module, it is mandatory for each participant to write a report outlining their learning and some areas where they can apply their new learnings.

Each participant writes 4 reports for EDPM and one additional report for the USA component.

Every participant must also submit a Composite Final Report (CFR) recommending few major steps to be initiated in their department for better delivery of projects/ programs. It should be accepted by top management of their company.


Step 3 Leadership Demonstration

Implement the changes of the accepted recommendations within a given time frame by aligning stakeholders including team members and higher management.
