Competency Development (Application at work place)

After every module, it is mandatory for each participant to write a report outlining their learning and some areas where they can apply their new learnings.

Each participant writes 4 reports for EDPM and one additional report for the USA component.

Every participant must also submit a Composite Final Report (CFR) recommending few major steps to be initiated in their department for better delivery of projects/ programs. It should be accepted by top management of their company.

Leadership Demonstration

Implement the changes of the accepted recommendations within a given time frame by aligning stakeholders including team members and higher management.

Over the last 6 years, we have found significant advantages accrued to companies by implementing recommendations given by the participants of the I/EDPM program.
