Adesh, Chairman of i2P2M is a visionary leader shaping the PM profession globally. In 1992, he laid the foundation in use of scientific project management in India. In 2019, he founded the World Project Management Forum (WPMF) with support of global community. He was invited twice by NASA to give presentations on paradigm shift in PM in 2010 & 2012. He was a member of NITI Aayog's Task Force on Project and Program Management. He is often referred to as 'Bhishma Pitamah' of Project Management and Government of Turkey had released his postal stamp in Nov 2010 for his global contribution. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and is former President and Hon. Fellow of IPMA.
Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez

Antonio considered as one of the top 50 thought leaders is the world's leading champion of project management and transformation at scale. A number of his books and articles have been published by Harvard Business Review including his book “Powered by Projects: Leading your organization in the Transformation Age” in 2026 and the “HBR Project Management Handbook” in 2021. Over 20 of his articles have also been published in HBR including, “The Project Driven Organization” and “The Project Economy Has Arrived”.

Ricardo Viana Vargas, Ph.D.

Ricardo is a very experienced leader in global operations, project management, business transformation and crisis management. He has managed more than US$20 billion in international projects in the past 25 years. He was the director of project management and infrastructure at the United Nations, leading more than 1,000 projects in humanitarian and development projects. He has written 16 books in this field, has delivered 250+ keynote addresses in 40 countries, and hosts the “5 Minutes Podcast,” which has reached 12 million views.
He is former Chairman & Fellow of PMI.
